Absenteeism report

Well hello folks, I guess you may have been wondering what has happened to me, well about six weeks ago my wife was struck by a mystery illness the marvellous medical people haven’t been able work out the problem. I won’t bore you with the details but she needs constant attention that leaves me with no time for much fun like modelling.

My daughter has been a tower of strength helping with all the hospital visits and specialist appointments, I have been lucky to have her but she has a new job down in the city so I’ll be on my Pat Malone looking after the dear wife in a week. Well just a note to let you know I’m still kicking and will try to put some more Radom’s up ASAP.

      Cheers mate, I don’t think I have cooked and cleaned so much in all my life, I have learnt how to use the washing machine though 😉. It will be good for her as she is a worry wart.

      Cheers mate, it has been a while since I used our old one, but this new thing is a nightmare, I might bugger up some of the wife’s clothes like when she shrank my only wool sweater 😅😅.

    I hope your wife gets better soon, and makes a full and speedy recovery, big shout out for your daughter stepping up, and try not to burn yourself out, in the process Pat.

      Thanks Dave, she feels bad about going but assured her after 38 years with the old girls I can certainly handle things on my own, 😅. I have to say the medical folks are trying their best and with all the well wishing from you and the gang I’m sure things will get better soon,cheers mate.

      Thanks matey, I will, she is back in hospital for a few days which is a good chance to catch up on chores and recharge my old battery 😉, popping in to see her soon, I’ll bet she will be amazed at all the well wishes we have received from the crew😃.Cheers

        Looks like things are improving but they are still doing more tests, we are so fortunate to live in a country with a free health system. Cheers mate you and your family keep fit 👍🏻.

    Pat I do hope your wife recovers soon and that you both come out of this in good health. In the meantime enjoy the blogs of others if possible and maybe taking a lead from that one inch guy blog – if you really have that itch to post then try recycling – just post a link of your top favourite posts from your blog archive?

      Thanks matey, checking the blob is a luxury nowadays what with cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and then there’s the orchard to be sprayed 🥵😅😅.
      She had to go back to hospital last night

      Cheers thanks Jeff, she is back in hospital, always a relief as she is in good hands there and I can catch up with the chores and gardening without having to check on her all the time. I might get to post some old ones as it’s going to rain and bugger up the orchard spraying regime, how sad 😅😅😉. Cheers mate and thanks again for the well wishes , keep safe.😎

      Thanks mate, fingers crossed that they find out what’s wrong but I can’t say they aren’t trying there best, we are lucky to have such good medical folks up here in the country 👍🏻.
