Strangely enough, I made this base a couple of years ago as an experiment. At the time, I was delving into the world of fantasy and messing with a few concepts. This came about from crafting some Styrofoam and then filling it with plaster. Well, it sat around until I saw one of lad’s posts on a big war game session in Poland. I spied a nice piece of terrain on their table, and then it came to me how to use it.
I fossicked around and found it and slapped a few old, leftover fantasy figures from back when and came up with this simple piece.
Nothing too exciting, but at least it got a few more figures out of the leftover box.
Well, cheers all. Fi has departed back to her Apple job, so I’m determined to keep practising, but I have to say it’s a lot easier than doing it on the old computer.

Glad to hear you are getting to grips with the new computer Pat, as new technology can be tricky until you are used to it.
Diorama looks great, plenty off action going on, even though the two sides aren’t in contact, and really like the peat bog effect you’ve got on the base.

Thanks Jeff, I do like making bases and trying to come up with ones that have a bit of interest in them, after all they do play a big part in the diorama after all 😅.
