Well last post I said I would be putting up some Dark Alliance cavalry but I got that wrong as I found some French infantry that I hadn’t put up, so here we go.
The size of these small ones I have been doing are around 5 ½” and 4 ½” approx.
Both the Voltigeurs and the Foot Dragoons are made by Waterloo 1815 and are pretty well formed (some of you long term followers know my liking for the French Foot Dragoons). These ones and the set made by Strelets have featured a few times.
Well, summer finally arrived which has kept me busy on the block but also it’s great for painting figures as they dry so quickly. The matt spray I was having difficulty with certainly comes out matt after a spell in the hot sun!
Well that’s it and I will post the Fantasy guys very soon, Cheers Pat.
Oh our old Jack Russell (18) has been earning his keep while my wife was away visiting her sister in Queensland, and like John (Just needs varnish) has an dog Dash need a good old rest so too does our Terry, especially after making up some preserves and clearing out one of our compost bins.

I like these diorama pieces. Quite a lot of action and dynamic on such a small size.

Cheers mate, it’s getting them into action like you said is the hard part 😉sometimes they aren’t very cooperatives and I have to be very severe, I’ll be interested in what you think about my next post, thanks for spurring me into doing more posts as I have been a bit distracted 👍🏻😎

Great work, Pat! I really like the ones taking cover in the ruins there. Terry is 18 and still going strong!? That’s incredible!

Those are really nice, Pat! 🙂 I particularly like the foot dragoons! Dash says thanks for the mention (he just turned 14 a couple of weeks ago) and make sure you keep making a fuss of Terry!
